Flat Bed Printing

Using our flat-bed screen printing machines, a design or copy is printed on specially prepared paper for transfer to a substrate. Transfer decals are suitable for use on both glass and ceramic products. The imprint is dishwasher reistant as the inks used are comprised of glass frit enamels which are lehr-fired.

Transfers are an excellent solutions for cooperative printing on multiple pieces (different items with different sizes); repeat programs that would otherwise require inventory (such as safety, retirement and recognition awards); food service applications, beverage companies and large run orders where transfer costs are less than direct imprinting.

Transfer decals are purchased and held at Glaswood Industries Ltd., and are the property of the owner; after the initial purchase, our clients only pay for the products on which the transfer will be applied, as well as an application and firing fee.
